An injury-time header from 16-year-old Issy Hobson earned Everton a draw against us in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League on Sunday.
Beth Mead had given us the lead in the first half with a fine header from a Frida Maanum cross.
But we were unable to hold on for the victory as Hobson headed home from a corner in the dying seconds.
The result leaves us in third place in the table, five points behind leaders Chelsea with a game in hand.
We are back in action on Thursday when we travel to Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Women’s Continental League Cup semi-final.
